The technician will perform repairs, installation, and troubleshooting of all site HVAC&R equipment and maintain factory support infrastructure.
The role requires working across HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, and piping disciplines to support maintenance, design, project management, and inspection activities.
The position may require working non-standard shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves participation in emergency facility activities.

Key Requirements
AAS Degree or certified apprenticeship in HVAC&R
Minimum 3 years semiconductor trades or industrial maintenance experience
EPA Type Universal certification
Ability to interpret complex schematics and O&M manuals
Knowledge of local, state, and national building and environmental codes
