This role involves full ownership of the personal loan product roadmap, P&L, and end-to-end user experience as Tenpo launches its first consumer credit offering.
The successful candidate will lead complete discovery processes, manage the originations funnel, and co-decide credit guardrails balancing growth with portfolio health.
