Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 2-5 years of relevant experience OR 6-9 years of relevant work experience
  • Qualification or certification in Training & Assessment, Workforce Development, Adult Education, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years experience supporting training on large construction projects
  • Must be bilingual in English and Polish
  • Working knowledge of Polish and EU training frameworks
  • Experience managing training records using workforce or HR systems
