As the Part Time On Call (PTOC) workforce manager on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
You’ll lead the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and management of a cadre of on-call personnel who augment across live, virtual, and constructive exercises.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in government contracting

Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance frameworks
