5+ years operations or team leadership experience
Proven experience managing large teams of 50+ FTEs
Strong understanding of trust accounting principles
Knowledge of Australian trust accounting standards
Experience with Cirrus8 software advantageous
Nice-to-have
Degree in accountancy is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive solutions-focused mindset with can do attitude
Ability to lead motivate and develop medium-sized team
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role
5+ years in operations or team leadership within BPO or accounting services
Strong knowledge of Cirrus8 software (advantageous)
Familiarity with Australian trust accounting standards preferred
