Job Summary
As a Winbond (Kaohsiung) Advanced DRAM Component Development Engineer, you will engage with the company's most advanced process technology during the product process R&D phase.
Your responsibilities include developing and analyzing DRAM advanced components, evaluating and analyzing advanced component reliability, developing and designing test keys, and establishing component SPICE models.
This role requires a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and advanced English proficiency.
