Job Summary
Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on various facilities systems including, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Perform maintenance and repair on furniture systems, small equipment, lighting, plumbing fixtures, minor painting, furniture moves, clean-ups, and thermal comfort calls.
Establish equipment maintenance and calibration procedures, and perform and document equipment calibrations (e.g., pumps, process controllers, PLCs, freezers, and refrigerators).

Key Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license
Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
