Job Summary
You will lead a team to oversee the daily operations of the RTS Link Facility, supporting the safety, reliable and efficient movement of passengers across international boundaries.
You will monitor performance of the contracted facilities management operator and ensure operational readiness of critical systems and operational readiness at all times.
You will also identify opportunities for operational innovation, including digitalisation and smart facilities management, as well as lead service excellence initiatives to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
