Job Summary

  • The Operational Excellence Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing our Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives at the St. Paul, MN manufacturing plant as well as helping to support OpEx within the Advanced Surgery group.
  • Collaborate closely with the site management to drive the site’s continuous improvement journey and develop and implement site-level OpEx deployment plan.
  • Coach and mentor site Black Belt and Green Belt candidates to ensure timely completion of their quality and/or cost focused projects.

Key Requirements

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
  • Bachelor degree in Business management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations and/or plant manufacturing or engineering
  • At least 3 years of successful process improvement experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
