Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to protect company assets and ensure the physical integrity of employees while supporting Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives.
As a Security Officer, you will monitor CCTV, access controls, and GPS tracking for import/export activities while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and CTPAT security criteria.
You will contribute to a culture of EHSS excellence by promoting Behavior Based Safety programs, investigating incidents to determine root causes, and engaging associates in safety observations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Adhere to safety and security requirements
Monitor CCTV and access control systems
Inspect import/export units for CTPAT criteria
Detect and report security risks during tours
Support emergency response and incident investigations
Nice-to-have
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or one year experience
Basic knowledge of physical security systems
Microsoft Office and computer skills proficiency
Ability to influence others on safety initiatives
