  • Oversee the Health Services and Risk Management departments of Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage general liability/guest liability matters, workers' compensation, and auto claims in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and oversee operating labor and expense budgets, including workers' compensation and general liability budgets, while leading a team of EHS personnel.
