• The Production Engineer will support the Battery department's objective to execute Capital Projects from planning through Start of Production (SOP) by identifying and removing roadblocks, developing detailed schedules, and proactively reporting status.
• Key responsibilities include coordinating new model launch activities, leading cross-functional meetings, supporting construction and pre-production trial activities, and contributing to jobway standardization.

• Experience in manufacturing production preparation
• Schedule/deliverable management experience
• Experience managing projects with capital investments > $0.5M
• Experience setting, managing, and reporting KPIs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability for business travel up to 10%
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime up to 25%
• Ability to support evening meetings with Japan
