Job Summary

  • Control providing support to IT solution and application in terms of development mobile and web-based application, in order to support IT functions, satisfy customer needs, and ensure effective business operations aligning with goals, objectives, and policies.
  • Support POS systems and operational incidents raised through the service desk team, performing troubleshooting and leading the investigation and analysis of issue's or incident's root cause, short-term/long-term solutions.
  • Continuously improve productivity of support and coordinate with related parties to perform the activities.
