Job Summary
Control providing support to IT solution and application in terms of development mobile and web-based application, in order to support IT functions, satisfy customer needs, and ensure effective business operations aligning with goals, objectives, and policies.
Support POS systems and operational incidents raised through the service desk team, performing troubleshooting and leading the investigation and analysis of issue's or incident's root cause, short-term/long-term solutions.
Continuously improve productivity of support and coordinate with related parties to perform the activities.
