Job Summary

  • The Maintenance/Construction Supervisor I is responsible for the oversight of the WorkSource West Facility in Morganton, including the transportation fleet, safety program, purchasing, equipment storage, distribution and disposal of equipment for the Western Region, and the recycling program.
  • This position is responsible for collaborating with state agencies, local building contractors, inspectors, vendors and others to ensure building and staff safety, and for the security of the premises.
