Job Summary

  • Promote employee well-being and a positive employee experience through comprehensive management of programs aligned with organizational strategy, fostering culture, work climate, internal communication, and regulatory compliance.
  • Administer and supervise employee benefits (medical and life insurance, childcare, pharmacy, loans, among others), plan and execute employee experience programs, organizational climate, and internal satisfaction.
  • Lead initiatives for emotional well-being, psychosocial risk prevention, and support for vulnerable groups, coordinating and participating in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committees and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
