Job Summary

  • Lead a team of Field Service Engineers and a Field Service Supervisor, responsible for their training, professional development, and recruitment.
  • Drive P&L and operational performance focusing on safety, compliance, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, first-time fix rate, employee satisfaction, and expense lines.
  • Regularly visit clients and customers to maintain relationships and develop new opportunities in partnership with the sales team.

  • Up to 50% domestic and occasional international travel
