Lead cross-functional projects to design, optimize, and reengineer efficient, effective, and repeatable processes within Home Services with AI enablement and scalability in mind.
Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps in collaboration with partners, ensuring disciplined execution against key deliverables and leading teams to solve complex problems using the IDOV process.
Guide teams to utilize analytics, design, test, and iterate through solutions, while developing direct reports and leading project teams through Gemba walks and process mapping.

Key Requirements
