  • Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency in the welding and industrial gas industry.
  • Contribute to sales objectives by servicing existing accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting Air Liquide's safety and quality practices.
  • Maintain customer relations by following up to ensure expectations were met or exceeded and actively participate in biweekly training on new and existing products.
