Job Summary
The Lean Intern will support the Lean Team in analyzing and improving operational processes across Yard, Vessel, Gate, Rail, and key support functions.
This role provides hands-on exposure to Lean concepts, process mapping, standard work creation, and performance analytics while working in a fast-paced terminal environment.
Internships are to provide meaningful training and work experience for college/Master’s/PhD students pursuing academic studies.
