Job Summary
The Manager – Cloud and Infrastructure oversees the delivery, reliability and continuous improvement of Mercy Health’s cloud services, data centre, core systems and network infrastructure.
The role leads the Systems and Network teams to ensure high service availability, strong cyber resilience and responsive support for all sites.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Demonstrated experience leading cloud, infrastructure and network functions
Strong technical depth across Azure, virtualization, servers, storage, M365, backup and recovery
Strong understanding of networking technologies

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and team leadership
