Base: $33.371 – $34.584 per hour; Shift Premium: $1.00/hour on 2nd or 3rd shift; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced manual and CNC machine operation
Gas turbine part manufacturing experience
Fixture assembly and coordinate system setup
3rd shift availability (11PM - 7AM)
Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Nice-to-have
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement participation
Collaboration with engineers and programmers
Proactive attitude in fast-paced environment
Experience with large milling machines or lathes
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of 01X Advanced Machinist Assessment
Technical machinist program OR 1 year of relevant experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
