Job Summary

  • This leadership role will be responsible for delivering ~$120m revenue target in 2026OP, managing an organization of ~15-17 people including marketers and a customer-facing team.
  • The Director will develop strategic plans to maximize Elrexfio’s market leadership and maximize growth and patient impact for Besponsa, aspiring to become the Premier Oncology Company in Japan.
  • As a member of the Japan Oncology Leadership Team, the Commercial Lead will lead strategic brand planning, lifecycle management, omnichannel strategy, and execution of operational plans to meet customer needs and optimize patient outcomes.
