Key Requirements
BSEE with 5+ years experience or MSEE with 3+ years or PhD in DFT or related domains
expertise in scan test plans, BIST, fault modeling, ATPG and fault simulation
experience with multi-million gate designs and vendor tools
strong programming and scripting skills
experience in silicon debug and ATE pattern development
