Job Summary

• The Verification Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance of medication orders across multiple stages of the pharmacy workflow.
• This role primarily performs first-level (PV1) verification to validate prescription order entry, resolve discrepancies, and support patient safety prior to downstream clinical or dispensing review.
• The position provides scheduled on-site pharmacy support, including final verification (PV2), prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and direct collaboration with pharmacy staff.
