  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Experience managing event logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to control costs and drive revenue
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial administration
  • Experience with training, onboarding, and performance management
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Food Safety or Food Handling certification
