Job Summary

  • Lead highly complex and sensitive workplace investigations and provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and complex employee relations matters across the APAC region.
  • Conduct root‑cause and trend analyses, provide oversight and mentorship to other investigators, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen the company’s global Employee Relations (ER) function in the APAC region.
  • Partner closely with Legal, HR Business Partners, People Services, Global Compliance, and Global Security to manage escalated employee matters and ensure alignment with corporate policies and applicable laws.
