Job Summary
Lead highly complex and sensitive workplace investigations and provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and complex employee relations matters across the APAC region.
Conduct root‑cause and trend analyses, provide oversight and mentorship to other investigators, and lead cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen the company’s global Employee Relations (ER) function in the APAC region.
Partner closely with Legal, HR Business Partners, People Services, Global Compliance, and Global Security to manage escalated employee matters and ensure alignment with corporate policies and applicable laws.

Key Requirements
10-12 years progressive HR experience
5+ years managing complex investigations in APAC
Strong knowledge of APAC employment laws
Bachelor's degree required
Mandarin or other Asian language proficiency preferred
