Job Summary
The purpose of the Associate – Strategy Planning & Performance, is to lead the monthly strategic reporting process to support decision-making at the Executive Leadership Team level and to support the design and management of the 3-year planning process.
As a member of the Strategy Planning & Performance APAC team, this role will be responsible for engaging with cross-functional KPI owners and stakeholder groups to source the required inputs for the monthly reporting cycle, analyse results, problem-solve key risk areas and synthesise key messages for senior audience.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy Planning & Performance APAC, this position is offered as permanent, full-time based in Melbourne (preferred) or Sydney with flexible hybrid work arrangements available.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or similar
Foundation experience in management consulting, strategic reporting, financial analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in data visualisation tools (Power BI) considered an advantage
