Job Summary

  • The purpose of the Associate – Strategy Planning & Performance, is to lead the monthly strategic reporting process to support decision-making at the Executive Leadership Team level and to support the design and management of the 3-year planning process.
  • As a member of the Strategy Planning & Performance APAC team, this role will be responsible for engaging with cross-functional KPI owners and stakeholder groups to source the required inputs for the monthly reporting cycle, analyse results, problem-solve key risk areas and synthesise key messages for senior audience.
  • Reporting to the Head of Strategy Planning & Performance APAC, this position is offered as permanent, full-time based in Melbourne (preferred) or Sydney with flexible hybrid work arrangements available.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or similar
  • Foundation experience in management consulting, strategic reporting, financial analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in data visualisation tools (Power BI) considered an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactively engaging cross functional stakeholders
