Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, or HR
Proven experience managing end to end design, development, and delivery of complex learning or capability programs
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
Experience managing budgets and vendor partnerships
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Adult Education, or Psychology (highly regarded), or Equivalent workplace learning and development experience
