Raytheon is seeking a Principal Electrical Development Team Lead in Tucson, AZ, who will oversee an electrical team on the SM-3 Production Program. The ideal candidate will have extensive engineering experience, particularly in production engineering and a strong technical background in electrical design and analysis

Job Summary

  • Function as a Production Electrical Team Lead on the SM-3 Production Program leading the Electrical Team while supporting cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Provide technical support of 15-20 engineers, with a focus placed on engineering task execution, technical rigor, mentorship and training, etc.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
