Lead a large-scale migration of on-premises file storage into Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Design and execute a comprehensive migration strategy, including data assessment, information architecture, permissions mapping, and governance for 300TB+ enterprise storage.
Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to modernize the organization’s collaboration platform into a scalable, secure, and well-governed Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Requirements
7+ years of SharePoint architecture experience
Proven experience leading file share to SharePoint Online/OneDrive migrations
Experience with large-scale data environments (50TB+)
