The Mechanical Finishing Process Engineer owns the end-to-end mechanical finishing process including post-test handling, tape & reel, and shipment operations.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining automated vision inspection programs to detect visual and mechanical defects prior to reel.
The engineer drives continuous improvement by analyzing yield data, defect Pareto, and escape data to reduce defects and enhance operational efficiency.
