As a Principal Software Engineer you will help develop ML-powered features and experiences for every user across our HR & Talent product portfolio.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $168,000 - $252,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

MLOps platform using Kubeflow and Kubernetes
Python, Go, and Terraform proficiency
Cloud computing and distributed systems
Microservices and API development
CI/CD for ML components
Agentic AI systems understanding
Nice-to-have

Familiarity with LangChain and LangSmith
Experience with Databricks, Sagemaker, or Spark
Key Requirements
6 or more years of validated industry experience
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Experience running and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production
Experience developing monitoring and alerting systems for ML infrastructure
