  • Ensure next-generation FPGA products are manufacturable, testable, and debuggable by integrating hardware features for defect detection and failure diagnosis.
  • Implement Design for Test (DFT) structures like Scan chains, MBIST, and Boundary Scan, and support Design for Debug (DFD) features for post-silicon analysis.
  • Collaborate with Front-End Design, Physical Design, and Post-Silicon teams to resolve testability and timing issues while staying updated on industry standards.
