  • Establish archives for new channels and special channels, and formulate corresponding trade terms including pricing, basic information, schedules, multi-point, and return/exchange services.
  • Negotiate with new channel customers' procurement centers, unify quotations, framework agreements, and sign tripartite agreements.
  • Collaborate with the execution team to determine supply distributors, system store setup, daily maintenance/visits, OP splitting logic, and bi-weekly meetings.
