Job Summary

  • You will provide expert, commercially focused advice on complex and sensitive employment matters, operating with a high degree of autonomy while working in close partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Lead complex and sensitive ER cases end-to-end, including senior-level grievances, investigations, disciplinaries, whistleblowing and contractual matters.
  • An opportunity to join a progressive Global Employee Relations CoE, focused on delivering high-quality, forward-looking ER support and improving colleague and leader experiences through strong ER practice.
