Job Summary
This role partners closely with our HRIS Team, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, and Talent Operational Excellence stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and data-driven recommendations that improve hiring outcomes, efficiency, and story telling.
Key Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc recruiting reports and dashboards, analyzing end-to-end talent acquisition data, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across ATS (workday), HRIS, and related systems.
