Job Summary

• You will play a critical role in managing and leading a team of engineers responsible for building, scaling, observing and maintaining our Kubernetes-based platform and enabling our engineering organization to deliver capabilities and incremental products quickly and reliably.
• You are a leader, a coach, and a mentor - you will lead with heart and empathy, inspire your teams, galvanize in times of pressure, and equip teams and team members for success.
• This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which, due to federal government security requirements, mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens (naturalized or native).

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $193,200 USD - $289,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $174,800 USD - $314,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
