Job Summary
This role is suited for someone with strong analytical foundations and a clear orientation toward applying AI, Generative AI, and emerging agentic capabilities to business problems in People Analytics.
The team is responsible for delivering cross-functional projects, interfacing with NTT HQ for data and report delivery, and partnering closely with Analytics Partners and the Data and Reporting team.
This role will require someone who can independently execute smaller requests, understand business context, and actively identify opportunities to use AI-enabled approaches to improve analysis, insight generation, productivity, and decision-making.
