Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ph.D. in Pharmacology or related field
8+ years industry experience in in-vivo oncology
Experience with xenograft efficacy studies
Knowledge of IACUC processes and animal welfare regulations
Leadership of cross-functional R&D teams
Nice-to-have
Experience applying AI and computational tools
Familiarity with Lu-177 and Ac-225 isotopes
Understanding of biodistribution and dosimetry concepts
Comfort operating in a fast-moving biotech environment
