Job Summary

  • The Assistant Head Sommelier is responsible for leading and supervising his team in order to deliver quality service to our guests in compliance with Four Seasons standards.
  • He/She is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the proper application of all procedures in his department and works closely with his Head of Department as well as all departments of the hotel.
