Skills & Requirements
Must-have
electro/mechanical system repairs
preventive maintenance inspections
use of hand and power tools
knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC-R carpentry
working knowledge of building codes and JCAHO standards
ability to work on-call and extended hours
troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
experience in healthcare environment
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years experience in commercial, industrial or hospital maintenance or Ochsner Apprenticeship completion
