  • Ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building in accordance with state and company policies.
  • Supervises the serving of alcohol by event day employees and holds pre- and post-event meetings to discuss outcomes.
  • Observes, documents, and reports all alcohol related issues, violations, pass-offs and suspected guest intoxication.
