Our Nurse Residency is a 12-month transition to practice program utilizing an evidence-based curriculum to facilitate professional development and support for new graduate nurses through Education, Mentorship, Leadership, and Preceptor.
The program combines didactic and simulation-based learning, with precepted clinical experiences and professional development opportunities.
Our goal is to optimize the orientation experience while setting new nurses on the pathway to achieve their career goals.
