  • The selected candidate will support the HR Operations and Transformation Italy team in daily HR activities and actively participate in the implementation of two specific projects: Chanel Operations ITA Onboarding Experience and My Chanel Engagement Team.
  • Responsibilities include recruiting tasks such as job posting, screening, interviews, and monitoring, as well as supporting the onboarding project to design a memorable experience and participating in the implementation of the digital onboarding platform.
  • The role also involves training activities like organizing classrooms, mapping technical training courses, and contributing to team building events, alongside internal communication and D&I policy support, including projects for the inclusion of disabled workers.
