• Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring high-level of service.
• Developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel, in order to maximize their engagement and minimize turnover.

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• Prior experience supporting a Class A+ property
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Real Estate License preferred
