You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sourcing & Procurement and Engineering to embed safety excellence throughout the contractor ecosystem.

5+ years HSSE management experience
Designing contractor safety programs
Implementing HSSE technology platforms
Developing safety policies and standards
Stakeholder engagement at senior levels
Data analysis and performance metrics

Commercial real estate sector experience
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 familiarity
NEBOSH Diploma or CSP certification
Learning Management System (LMS) experience
Procurement process knowledge

Key Requirements
