US Citizenship required for federal project access
Field presence with PPE usage on active construction sites
Knowledge of FTA, FRA, BABA, and Cargo Act regulations

ASQ CQA Certification preferred
Rail industry and tunnel construction experience
Experience with CMAR contractor oversight
Data analysis and trend reporting skills
Hands-on knowledge of geotechnical and MEP systems
Key Requirements
