Craft Education is seeking a Director of Assessment & Curriculum to lead the design and development of innovative, competency-based educational programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in online education, curriculum development, and team leadership while contributing to improved student outcomes in a dynamic work environment

Job Summary

  • The Director, Assessment & Curriculum provides leadership and vision to the ongoing design, development, and evaluation of the programs within the college.
  • This position relies heavily on student engagement and performance data and student, faculty, and employer feedback to measure and monitor the effectiveness of curriculum, learning resources, and assessments and create strategies for improvement.
  • This is a full-time, regular position eligible for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, flexible paid time off, and up to 12 weeks of parental leave.
