Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager position provides leadership, expertise, and direction to facilitate a culture of continuous improvement with regards to efficiencies in the plant.
This role is responsible for developing a culture of reliability within the maintenance staff by leading and providing direction to Maintenance Planners, Maintenance Supervisors, Tool Room / Inventory Team, and works closely with the Reliability Specialist to drive the reliability culture within the plant.
