Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing activities related to coaching the leasing team, promoting apartment rentals, move-ins, and leasing promotions.
The leasing manager is also responsible for marketing and interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure client satisfaction.
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity of environmental conditions.
